Requirements:

QC Manager

Job Description:

• Be responsible for the operation and management of quality control department, ensure the development for the working target and continuously improve quality management system and its processes;
• Maintenance and operation for inside quality management System ;
• Establish the inspection standard for the kinds of outsourcing products, accessories and assembly items in the PMC;
• Monitor and correspond the inspection standard and execution, improvement and fulfill all kinds of correct measure;
• Establish and maintenance the relationship between suppliers and any related department;
• Underling management: instruction, supervises and feedback for their works. Evaluation of underling’s promotion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above/ Major in Mechanical Engineering or related;
• Overall Industry Mechanical experience over 8 years and quality leadership position over 5 years;
• Expert in ISO9000 or TS16949;
• Internal auditor certification is big plus;
• Familiar with LEAN manufactory and Six sigma;
• Be creative and innovative, able to learn. Has communication capability and good team management competence. 

QC Engineer

Job Description:

• Develops and maintains QA systems/quality control procedures & inspection control plans for proper control of products;
• Implement and monitor the inspection activities and product quality, collect and analyze the performance data of production lines and suppliers to find improvement opportunity or problem causes;
• Analyses quality problem as they arise and reports inspection findings with recommendation;
• Plan and implement corrective and preventive actions when requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering;
• Over 8 years of working experience for technical or QC in Mechanical manufactory, familiar with process of mechanism products;
• Good communication and coordination skills, experience in quality control and dealing with nonconformities for products;
• Familiar with ISO9000 serial standards requirements.
